Shipping Policy

1. General information

Welcome to the SmoothToy Shipping information center. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process your orders and ship them, from delivery times to shipping fees and other helpful information. Our shipping network spans across the globe; for more information on specific markets, please check the details below.

European Union

We offer two shipping options for the EU:

– Regular shipping takes 7–10 days and is completely free of charge.
– Other shipping costs may vary according to market conditions, and the final shipping cost shall prevail.
Couriers: FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS, TNT, EDS.

USA

We offer two shipping options for the US:

– Regular shipping takes 8–10 days and is completely free of charge.
– Other shipping costs may vary according to market conditions, and the final shipping cost shall prevail.
Couriers: FedEx, USPS, UPS Ground.

An additional delay of up to 2 days on top of the regular shipping period should be expected. This is due to the variable time it takes to process and approve your order.

When you check out, you’ll be able to choose a shipping option that suits you. It’ll be clear at checkout exactly when your parcel will be sent, but don’t worry — you’ll also receive an email with tracking instructions.

Depending on your location and what you’re buying, your shipping options may be more limited. Available options will always be clearly displayed at checkout.

2. Last order times for DHL and UPS services

DHL orders placed before 5pm ET Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.

DHL orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, regardless of service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

UPS orders placed before 3pm ET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.

UPS orders placed before noon ET Saturday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.

3. Tracked shipping

All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatch email.

4. Parcel forwarding services

SmoothToy is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders shipped to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been shipped to a parcel forwarding company, we will not offer a replacement or a refund.

5.Your delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is up to date in your SmoothToy Account! We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer errors. For example, if you accidentally give us the wrong delivery address, contact number, or recipient name, we will be unable to refund your order. If you realise you’ve made a mistake before the order has been processed, please contact us straight away.
